Because AI tools actually change on a 60-90 day cycle. A permanent AI certificate from 2024 is misleading by 2026. We do not want operators claiming current skill when their training is stale. The 90-day expiry forces honesty between the operator, the school, and the buyer. If you do not recalibrate, you are not current. This is not a bug. This is the whole point.

Training is genuinely free. You open the Operator GPT on ChatGPT. You work through the modules at your own pace. You take module exams and level exams for free. The catch, if you want to call it that, is that nothing you do in free training produces paid work. Only the $200 Final Exam and the Certificate unlock Operator Pool access. If you do not want the pool, you do not need to pay. Many learners just want the skills and stop there.

No. It is placement access. Certified operators become eligible to receive assignment offers from clients who buy content production through APOHUB AI. Assignments flow based on demand and your Operator Score (Quality, Speed, Reliability). New operators start on probationary status. Not every certified operator gets immediate work. Top performers get assigned first. This is a meritocratic pool, not a job guarantee.

Three real differences. First, those platforms let anyone sign up. HDOS requires a passed exam and active credential. Second, those platforms do not recalibrate you. Often yes, but that is not what we sell. We sell eligibility to a paid assignment pool. What happens inside your current employer is a conversation between you and them. Many certified operators use the credential as leverage in salary reviews. The 90-day renewable aspect is especially useful for professionals in roles where AI literacy is becoming a performance criterion.

Five conditions. Each triggers automatic fail regardless of other scores. One: fabricated claim. Two: plagiarism. Three: raw unedited AI paste without review. Four: logo or brand violation. Five: silent missed deadline. These reflect real client-termination reasons. We fail you here so clients do not fire you later.

We do not publish fixed rates because they vary by region, assignment type, client tier, and your Operator Score. New Apprentice-tier operators in emerging markets start with smaller briefs. Preferred and Elite tier operators in mature markets handle higher-value work. Specific rates are shared only with certified operators entering the Pool, because they depend on live contract structure that evolves quarterly.
